Preparation steps
- Cut the Finedor in half lengthways.
- Spread on the beetroot purée.
- Cut thin slices of salmon and make roses.
- Arrange 5 roses and 5 chioggia triangles per slice.
- Add the lemon gel to the roses and 3 shoots of vene cress.
